Barefoot Running

Running barefoot is very healthy. Recent research shows running shoes cause us to heel strike first; this causes a lot of shock in your body. Barefoot running allows us to naturally land forefoot first; this is a much softer land. Plus, you “ground” with the earth. You absorb healthy negative electrons, lots of antioxidants and anti-inflammatory too. Can’t run? Walk barefoot on wet, dewy grass, and/or check our Earthing Sheets at:
